Governance
The company operates as a Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, with a Board of Directors comprising 6 members (3 executive directors and 3 audit and supervisory committee members, all outside directors). The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥75 per share (interim ¥35 + year-end ¥40), with total dividends of ¥503 million, a payout ratio of 39.2%, and a dividend on net assets ratio of 2.2%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥77 per share (interim ¥37 + year-end ¥40) is planned, with an expected payout ratio of 35.4%.
ESG
The company has conducted TCFD-based scenario analysis under 1.5°C and 4°C scenarios, setting a target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 37.8% in FY2030 compared to FY2021 levels, with a goal of carbon neutrality by 2050. Actual Scope 1 and 2 emissions in FY2025 (ending March 2025) were 13,818 t-CO2, achieving the annual target. The company is also promoting the development of environmentally conscious products, including porous rib GDL for fuel cells and Lead Frames for Power Semiconductors.
