Risk Management

The Group Compliance Promotion Committee, chaired by the President and Representative Director, promotes and oversees risk management, identifying and assessing risks at least twice a year. Identified risks are documented in a "Risk Map," which is submitted to the Board of Directors before being rolled out across the Group. Specialized subcommittees have been established for security export control, IT security, and climate change response, with progress reported periodically to the Board of Directors.

The annual dividend forecast for FY2026 (ending December 2026) is ¥65 per share (interim ¥32.50 + year-end ¥32.50), a 16.1% increase from the previous period's ¥56. No revision to the earnings forecast. Share buybacks can be implemented by resolution of the Board of Directors under the Articles of Incorporation.

In January 2023, the company expressed support for the TCFD recommendations and established the "Group Climate Change Response Subcommittee" under the Group Compliance Promotion Committee. It has set a target of reducing CO2 emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 30% or more by 2030 compared to FY2019 levels. In terms of human capital, the company conducts new employee training, a trainee system, and rank-based training programs, while also promoting diversity and work-style reform. In January 2024, a Sustainability Promotion Department was newly established to build a framework for promoting activities across the entire group.
