Shareholder Returns

The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥15 per share (total dividend of ¥50 million), maintaining the same amount as the previous period. The dividend source includes capital surplus. The same amount of ¥15 is forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027) as well. Treasury shares were disposed of during the current period (proceeds from sale of ¥423 million).
