Shareholder Returns

Annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥50 per share (interim ¥15, year-end ¥35), with total dividends of ¥87,304 million and a payout ratio of 19.6%. The forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is ¥55 (interim ¥25, year-end ¥30). In addition, a share buyback with an upper limit of 100 million shares and a total acquisition price of ¥150.0 billion is planned to be implemented from May 2026 to March 2027.

Targeting net zero for its own Scope 1+2 emissions in FY2030 and net zero across the entire value chain in FY2040, the company has already obtained SBTi certification. In terms of human capital, it has set targets of an employee engagement score of 75 or higher and a female manager ratio of 30% (FY2030), and is promoting the introduction of a job-based HR system and enhanced reskilling initiatives.
