Governance
Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee. Of the 9 directors (including Audit and Supervisory Committee members), 4 are outside directors (including 3 Audit and Supervisory Committee members). A Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee chaired by an outside director has been established to ensure transparency and objectivity. The Board of Directors met 15 times during the fiscal year under review.
Risk Management
Established a risk management framework covering four areas: management, quality, environment, and legal/accident-related risks. The Company has set up an Internal Audit Office reporting directly to the President, a Compliance Committee (meeting in odd-numbered months), and a Crisis Management Committee based on crisis management regulations. Quality and environmental risk management is also carried out through ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification. Sustainability-related risks are reported to the Executive Officers' Meeting, with important matters discussed and decided by the Board of Directors.
Shareholder Returns
Forecasting an annual dividend of ¥32 per share (interim ¥16 + year-end ¥16). The basic policy is to target a payout ratio of 50%, with dividends paid twice a year at the interim and year-end. No change to the full-year earnings forecast for FY2027 (ending January 2027).

There is no change to the earnings forecast from the figures announced on March 10, 2026. Retained earnings are to be used for growth investments such as strengthening production systems, technology development, and human resource development.
ESG
In June 2022, the company adopted an SDGs Declaration and is pursuing initiatives under three themes: "Contribution to Social Infrastructure," "Environment," and "Human Resources." It has set a target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by FY2030 (ending March 2031) compared to FY2017 (ending March 2018) levels (interim target: 25% reduction by FY2026 (ending March 2026)), and is promoting the electrification of business vehicles. On the human resources front, the company discloses initiatives to promote women's advancement (having obtained the three-star Eruboshi certification), a disability employment rate of 3.5%, and a female manager ratio of 10.0% (actual: 2 persons against a target of 3 or more). It conducts engagement surveys targeting regular employees and continues to promote diversity.
