Governance
As a company with a board of company auditors, the company's board of directors consists of 5 directors (including 1 outside director, an outside director ratio of 20%). A compensation committee has been established as an advisory body to the board of directors, and an executive officer system has been introduced to separate management oversight from business execution.
Risk Management
The company has established Risk Management Regulations and set up a cross-organizational Compliance Committee chaired by the President. It manages various risks including disasters, service disruptions, information system failures, external crimes, and internal misconduct, and has also put in place an internal whistleblowing contact point and information security measures (VPN connection restrictions, daily backups, etc.).
Shareholder Returns
First dividend implemented in FY2026 (ending March 2026) (year-end dividend of ¥1, annual dividend of ¥1, total dividend amount ¥509 million). DOE (dividend on equity attributable to owners of parent) ratio of 8.1%. An annual dividend of ¥1 is also planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). Treasury shares, including those held by consolidated subsidiaries, total 10,520,100 shares.
Dividend Policy

Total dividend amount of ¥509 million, DOE (dividend on equity attributable to owners of parent) ratio of 8.1%. An annual dividend of ¥1 (year-end dividend of ¥1) is also planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). The basic policy is to pay dividends from retained earnings once a year as a year-end dividend, with the decision-making body for dividends being the general shareholders' meeting. Note that the earnings forecast does not incorporate any impairment loss on crypto assets at fiscal year-end.
ESG
The company places importance on personnel diversity, having set a target of 80% or more for the ratio of female managers (achieved, with an actual figure of 88.9% as of the end of March 2026). It is implementing sustainability initiatives centered on promoting the advancement of women, including education to eliminate unconscious bias, encouragement of childcare leave uptake (100% uptake rate for male employees), and promotion to managerial positions after returning from childcare leave.
