Dividend Policy

The Sustainability Committee, chaired by the CEO, is held quarterly and has established materiality and KPIs across 11 areas. On climate change, the company has obtained SBTi Near-term target certification (a 42% reduction in Scope 1+2 by 2030) and the Board of Directors has approved a 2050 net-zero target. In terms of human capital, the company is promoting initiatives such as the executive development program "PHC Academy" and a target of 30% or more female representation in management positions (target for 2030).
