Governance
The company is an Audit and Supervisory Committee structure company, with the Board of Directors composed of 8 directors (3 of whom are outside directors). It has established a voluntary Nomination and Compensation Committee, with an independent outside director serving as chairperson, striving to ensure transparency.
Risk Management
The company has established a Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and President, which identifies and monitors business risks from the perspectives of risk frequency and impact on management. A separate Compliance Committee has also been established, which periodically formulates policies and action plans.
Shareholder Returns
Basic policy is to pay stable and continuous dividends commensurate with business performance, distributed twice a year. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) was reduced to ¥35 per share (interim ¥20, year-end ¥15). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥40 per share (¥20 interim, ¥20 year-end) is planned. Share buybacks are also being continued.
Dividend Policy

The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥35 per share (interim ¥20, year-end ¥15), with a total dividend amount of ¥185 million. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥40 per share (¥20 interim, ¥20 year-end) is planned. Retained earnings are allocated to R&D, new product development, capital expenditures, and global expansion, among other uses. The company also aims to strengthen comprehensive shareholder returns, including share buybacks.
ESG
The company has set targets of a 50% reduction in domestic operational CO2 emissions by 2030 (compared to 2015) and contributing to carbon neutrality by 2050, promoting the introduction of green electricity and the installation of solar panels. In terms of human capital, it is working on reforming personnel systems, promoting women's advancement, and establishing a Health Management Promotion Committee, and joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2022.
