Risk Management

Based on the 'Regulations Concerning Management of Risk of Loss,' the Risk and Compliance Committee identifies and evaluates company-wide risks, and an integrated risk management structure has been established under which a risk management program is formulated and implemented for each significant risk. Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is "distribution of returns backed by business performance" and "continuation of stable dividends," with dividends paid once annually as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥50 per share (payout ratio of 72.8%), and ¥50 per share is also planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). Share buybacks are also utilized as a means of returning value to shareholders; during the current period, 1,215,600 shares were acquired for ¥1,499 million.
