Shareholder Returns
The basic policy is to pay continuous and stable dividends, with distributions made twice a year. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend per share is planned at ¥10 (interim ¥5 + year-end ¥5), with a payout ratio of 54.9%. The same annual dividend of ¥10 is planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). Share buybacks remain limited in scale.
Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to strengthen the management foundation and enhance shareholders' equity while continuing to pay stable dividends at an appropriate level on an ongoing basis into the future. Dividends are paid twice a year, as an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend per share is planned at ¥10 (interim ¥5 + year-end ¥5), with total dividends of ¥112 million and a payout ratio of 54.9%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the annual dividend per share is also planned at ¥10 (interim ¥5 + year-end ¥5).
ESG
Promoting the development of agricultural machinery for organic and circular agriculture in line with the "Strategy for Sustainable Food Systems (MIDORI Strategy)", as well as product development that contributes to improving the food self-sufficiency rate. As part of strengthening human capital, the company is working on reforms to its personnel and compensation systems and promoting the uptake of childcare leave (with a target of 30% or more for male employees), while the DX Promotion Office is also driving cross-organizational business reform and digitalization.
