The Corporate Audit Office, which reports directly to the President, conducts internal audits, while the Board of Directors and the Sustainability Committee take the lead in managing sustainability-related risks. The company has identified continuous review of its BCP, strengthening information security, and reinforcing its management foundation through appropriate pricing on orders and thorough cost control as key challenges.

Conducted 2°C and 4°C scenario analyses with reference to TCFD recommendations, and began measuring GHG emissions for Scope 1 & 2 (from FY2023) and Scope 3 (from FY2024). Identified five materiality themes (social infrastructure development, disaster prevention and mitigation, coexistence with nature, decarbonization, and diversity), and disclosed human capital indicators such as a paid leave utilization rate of 71.5%, a female manager ratio of 6.4%, and a male childcare leave utilization rate of 20.0%. The second field of the Geo-Robotics Research Institute has been certified and registered as a nature coexistence site.
