The projected annual dividend for FY2026 (ending July 2026) is ¥28 per share (paid in a lump sum at year-end). Additionally, as of the end of the third quarter, the number of treasury shares stood at 586,234 shares (an increase from 150,291 shares at the end of the prior period), reflecting the disposal of treasury shares through third-party allotment to the employee stock ownership plan and share buybacks.
ESG
Under the corporate philosophy of "Passing on a society that coexists with nature to the future," the company has identified four materiality themes: Diversity & Inclusion, Work Style Reform, Enhancement of Management Participation Awareness, and Governance. Results for FY2025 (ended July 2025) included a female manager ratio of 3.8% (target: 7.0%), a male childcare leave taking rate of 100% (Wesco Co., Ltd.), an employee stock ownership plan participation rate of 66.8%, and zero material legal violations. One group company was certified as an Excellent Health Management Corporation.
