The dividend forecast for FY2027 (ending April 2027) is also ¥80 per share (forecast payout ratio of 17.1%).
ESG
The company has established an environmental management system based on ISO14001 and is working to reduce energy consumption. In human resource development, it has adopted an independent, self-driven training policy; in FY2024, the retention rate of new graduates within 3 years was 88.2%, and the number of workplace accidents was 1 (target: 0). Long-term quantitative sustainability-related targets have not yet been set.
