Risk Management

The Company has established the "Risk Management Regulations" and set up a Risk Management Committee (held in principle four times a year). The director in charge of overseeing the Administration Division serves as the person responsible, and the identification, assessment, and prevention of risks, including sustainability risks, are managed through a PDCA cycle. The Company also conducts contingency plans and BCP drills, working to strengthen its crisis response capabilities.

On the environmental front, the Toyooka Plant has obtained ISO14001 certification, utilizes solar power generation, and promotes the chromium-free surface treatment technology "Sus Guard". Disclosure of GHG (Scope 1 and 2) emissions is still under consideration for the future. In terms of human capital, the company discloses its childcare leave utilization rate (100% actual rate for both women and men) and employee turnover rate of 9.0% (target: below 9.8%), and is also working on health management, work-life balance support, and improving the remote work environment.
