Risk Management

ESG
The company conducted 1.5°C and 4°C scenario analyses based on TCFD recommendations, targeting a reduction of business activity CO₂ emissions by 50% or more by 2030 compared to 2018 levels (Scope 1+2 actual: 19,260 t-CO₂ in 2024, down 26.5% from 2018), and aims to achieve 100% renewable energy at domestic production sites by 2030 through RE100 membership. In terms of human capital, KPIs such as an 8% ratio of female managers and an actual employment rate of 3.0% for people with disabilities have been set, and the company is working to promote diversity and well-being through initiatives such as obtaining Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization recognition and utilizing engagement surveys.
