Risk Management

Each division and the Corporate Administration Division responds to day-to-day risks, while the Sustainability Committee monitors risks such as climate change and human capital. A framework is in place whereby identified risks are reported to the Management Committee and the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

Stable dividend policy targeting a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 40%. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend is ¥74 (interim ¥37, year-end ¥37), with a payout ratio of 41.3%. An annual dividend of ¥74 is also planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). During the current fiscal year, the company conducted a share buyback of ¥2,000 million.

Under the "BX Group 2050 Carbon Neutral Declaration," the company has obtained SBT certification and reduced Scope 1+2 emissions to 21,288 t-CO₂ in FY2025 (a 26.5% reduction versus FY2019). In human capital, the company is promoting diverse talent acquisition, development, and work-style reforms, obtaining "Kurumin Certification" and "Excellent Health Management Corporation 2026" certification in FY2025. Human rights due diligence has also been implemented, with efforts to respect human rights across the entire supply chain.
