Risk Management

The Company has established a Risk Management Committee (held once per quarter) based on its Risk Management Regulations, and conducts company-wide risk assessment and management. In the event of a crisis, an emergency response system has been established with the President and Representative Director serving as the Chief Risk Management Officer. A Compliance Committee is also held once per quarter to ensure thorough compliance with laws and regulations.

Shareholder Returns

The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥40 per share (total dividends of ¥1,049 million, payout ratio of 60.6%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥48 per share (targeting a payout ratio of 50.0%) is forecast. The progressive dividend policy will continue. Share buybacks are minor.

Dividend Policy

During the long-term management plan period, dividends will be determined as a progressive dividend based on whichever is higher of: (1) the most recent actual dividend per share, or (2) a payout ratio of 50% or more. Recent results: the year-end dividend for FY2025 (ending March 2025) was ¥35 per share, totaling ¥911 million (payout ratio of 52.3%); the year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) was ¥40 per share, totaling ¥1,049 million (payout ratio of 60.6%). The forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is ¥48 per share (targeting a payout ratio of 50.0%). Dividends are paid as a single year-end payment (no interim dividend).

In addition to providing housing support through the Rent Guarantee Service (Residential), the company offers socially contributive products such as tuition guarantee (Z-College support) and safety confirmation services. On the human resources front, the company has set a target to raise the ratio of female managers from 11% at end-March 2026 (actual) to 15% by end-March 2030, and is advancing human capital investment through initiatives such as an 80% male childcare leave take-up rate and enhanced tier-based training programs. The ratio of female executives stands at 20% (2 out of 10).
