Governance
The company has adopted the audit and supervisory committee structure. The Board of Directors consists of 7 members (including 4 outside directors, 3 of whom are outside directors serving on the Audit and Supervisory Committee), and a Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee (with a majority of outside directors) has been established to strengthen independence and objectivity.
Risk Management
The Company has established a Risk Management Committee to identify and evaluate significant risks. A system is in place to establish an Emergency Response Headquarters, headed by the Representative Director and President, in the event of an unforeseen incident, while the Audit Office, which reports directly to the President, monitors and reports on the status of risk management.
Shareholder Returns
The company's basic policy is to pay stable profit-based dividends, implementing a year-end dividend once per year. The dividend per share for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥17 (total dividends of ¥66 million, payout ratio of 24.1%). A dividend of ¥17 is also forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027). The company does not conduct share buybacks.
Dividend Policy

Retained earnings are allocated to capital expenditures, research and development, and strengthening the financial structure.
ESG
The company has established an environmental management system based on ISO14001, targeting an annual 1% reduction in energy usage per unit of production. Regarding human capital, it has set a target for the ratio of women, foreign nationals, and mid-career hires among core personnel to reach 10% (target for FY2026, ending March 2026), with the current ratio standing at 7.8%. The company has been certified as a "Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (SME Category)".
