The basic policy is to maintain a stable dividend, with the annual dividend paid twice a year based on a comprehensive assessment of consolidated business results, the payout ratio, and the level of retained earnings. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥154 per share (interim ¥50 + year-end ¥104), with a payout ratio of 32.5%. A stock split at a ratio of 4 shares for every 1 share held is planned to take effect on July 1, 2026.

The company has set a target of reducing Scope 1+2 emissions by 50% by FY2030 (versus FY2018 levels) and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, and is in the process of renewing its SBTi certification.
