Risk Management

The company has established a "Risk Management Regulation," under which the Compliance Committee is responsible for cross-organizational risk monitoring and company-wide response. It has built a risk management system combining safety patrols conducted twice monthly by the Health and Safety Committee, monthly self-inspections by each department, and verification of internal control effectiveness by the Audit Office.

Shareholder Returns

Policy targets a total shareholder return ratio of 50% or more; for FY2026 (ending March 2026), an annual dividend of ¥10 per share (interim ¥4 + year-end ¥6) is planned, with a payout ratio of 45.0%. The same annual dividend of ¥10 per share is planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). On the earnings announcement date, a share buyback was resolved with an upper limit of 500,000 shares and ¥200 million.
