Shareholder Returns
Annual dividends are zero for both FY2025 (ending December 2025) and FY2026 (ending December 2026). The company continues its no-dividend policy, and has not conducted any share buybacks or shareholder benefit programs. The basic policy for shareholder returns is to allocate retained earnings to business expansion.
Dividend Policy
The annual dividend for FY2025 (ending December 2025) is ¥0 (¥0 at the end of the second quarter, ¥0 at year-end). The forecast for FY2026 (ending December 2026) is also an annual dividend of ¥0 (¥0 at the end of the second quarter, ¥0 at year-end). The company's policy is to consider dividend payments to shareholders in the future while taking business performance into account, but at this point the possibility and timing of dividend payments remain undecided. The policy is to utilize retained earnings as funds for business expansion while giving consideration to the financial structure. The Articles of Incorporation stipulate that, when dividends of surplus are paid, the basic practice is a year-end dividend once a year with a record date of December 31, with an interim dividend with a record date of June 30 also possible.
ESG
The company positions securing human resource diversity and recruitment/training as an important management initiative, promoting work-life balance, regular training programs, and an equal development and promotion policy regardless of age, nationality, or gender. As the current workforce is small in scale, no quantitative indicators or targets have been set at this stage, but the company plans to consider these as headcount expands. It has obtained and renewed ISMS, QMS, and Privacy Mark certifications, and is also working on information security management.
