ESG

Under the mission of "stirring up cities and rural areas," the company has embedded social impact measurement and management into its corporate management, disclosing three impact indicators in its statutory disclosure documents: the total transaction value of "face-to-face trade," the number of communications between producers and consumers, and the number of days spent traveling between cities and rural areas. From the perspective of supporting producers who are on the front lines of the effects of climate change and extreme weather, the company positions sustainability at the core of its business and promotes initiatives toward the 17 SDGs across each business segment. On the human capital front, the company regards the recruitment and development of diverse talent and the improvement of the internal work environment as important issues, but specific numerical targets have not yet been set.
