Governance

Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to maintain stable dividends, implementing payouts in line with business performance while taking into account the strengthening of the company's financial foundation and future business development. Dividends are determined once a year (record date March 31) by resolution of the shareholders' meeting. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the dividend per share consists of an ordinary dividend of ¥14 plus a special dividend of ¥3, totaling ¥17 (aggregate ¥223 million, payout ratio 49.2%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the company similarly plans an ordinary dividend of ¥14 plus a special dividend of ¥3, totaling ¥17 (payout ratio forecast at 47.6%).
ESG
The Medium-Term Management Plan sets achievement of the SDGs as a core policy, promoting decarbonization initiatives such as CO2 reduction through the ECO-C/L method, thinner and lighter product design, and utilization of incineration ash. In terms of human capital, the company has achieved a female worker ratio of 20% (target met) and a 100% take-up rate for male employee childcare leave, and continues to build a workplace environment where diverse personnel can thrive.
