Dividend Policy
Based on the shareholder return policy under the medium-term management plan (INFRONEER Medium-term Vision 2027), the basic policy is a payout ratio of 40% or more, with an annual dividend floor of ¥60 per common share. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), an annual dividend of ¥120 per share (interim ¥30, year-end ¥90) was implemented, with total dividends of ¥31,367 million and a payout ratio of 40.6%. From FY2027 (ending March 2027) onward, while maintaining a payout ratio target of 40% or more, the annual dividend floor per common share will be raised to ¥90. The 1st Series Bond-type Class Shares pay a dividend equal to the issue price of ¥5,000 multiplied by an annual dividend rate of 2.600% (annual ¥130: interim ¥65, year-end ¥65). Dividends of surplus are paid twice a year, interim and year-end.
ESG
The company has obtained SBT certification with the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 (targeting a 45.8% reduction in Scope 1+2 emissions and a 25% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by 2030). It has identified five materiality items—"Creating a Safe, Secure, and Comfortable Society," "Realizing an Environmentally Conscious Society," "Strengthening the Value Chain," "Value-Creating Talent and Mutual Respect," and "Strengthening Governance"—and is driving PDCA through KPIs set for each.
