Governance
As a company with a Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors comprises 9 directors (including 5 independent outside directors, a majority), and establishes three committees: Nomination, Audit, and Compensation. Oversight and business execution are separated to ensure management transparency and fairness.
Risk Management
The Sustainability Committee, chaired by the Representative Executive Officer, meets quarterly and conducts unified risk management across the entire company through company-wide ERM. Six specialized subcommittees, including the Risk Management Committee, Environmental Committee, and Quality Assurance Committee, are established under it, with environmental management and human capital strategy addressed as particularly important issues.
Shareholder Returns
Continuous stable dividends are the basic policy, combined with performance-linked dividends. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the dividend per share is planned at ¥44 (interim ¥22, year-end ¥22), with total dividends of ¥927 million and a payout ratio of 56.9%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the dividend per share is planned at ¥46 (interim ¥23, year-end ¥23).

On the premise of securing internal reserves for sustainable growth, the basic policy is continuous stable dividends combined with performance-linked dividends. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the dividend per share is planned at ¥44 (interim ¥22, year-end ¥22), with total dividends of ¥927 million and a payout ratio of 56.9%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the dividend per share is planned at ¥46 (interim ¥23, year-end ¥23), with a payout ratio expected to be 53.3%.
ESG
Reduced Scope 1+2 GHG emissions to 914t-CO2 (FY2026, ending March 2026) and achieved a renewable energy-derived electricity procurement ratio of 98.4%. On the human capital front, the company recorded a female manager ratio of 23.7% (target of 30% or more by FY2027, ending March 2027) and a male childcare leave take-up rate of 100%, while working to promote DE&I and strengthen its business development human resource training programs.
