Shareholder Returns

No dividends have been paid since establishment. Retained earnings carried forward are negative, and the company plans to prioritize upfront investment in R&D while focusing on retaining internal earnings for the time being. It states that it will consider realizing dividends at an early stage while taking into account business performance and financial condition.

Dividend Policy

The company has not paid dividends since its establishment, and as retained earnings carried forward remain negative at the end of the current fiscal year, no dividend will be paid. It is expected to take several years or more before the regenerative medicine pipeline development contributes to earnings, and for the time being the company intends to retain earnings internally and allocate them to R&D funding. If dividends are paid, the basic policy is a single year-end dividend, and provisions for interim dividends are also stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation.
