Governance

The forecast annual dividend for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is ¥40 per share (¥20 interim + ¥20 year-end), with a forecast payout ratio of 30.5%.
ESG
As part of its climate change response, the company is advancing the calculation of Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions (163.0 kg-CO2/m2 in FY2025) and the adoption of renewable energy. In terms of human capital, it has established a health management framework with the Representative Director and President serving as CWO, and has developed the "Business Athlete System" comprising phased education, overseas training, and an in-house corporate university. The company discloses a female managerial ratio of 7.7% and a male childcare leave uptake rate of 50.0%, with numerical targets currently under development.
