Three new banks—Sendai Bank, Kirayaka Bank, and Towa Bank—have decided to introduce the system, with design work now underway. In January 2026, adoption by SBI Shinsei Bank was also decided. A hybrid revenue model combining licensing, consulting, and custom development.

product
FutureBANK

A loan business support system for financial institutions. New adoptions are progressing, and new functions leveraging generative AI to improve productivity have been implemented. Building a stable earnings base as part of the intellectual property deployment model.

platform
FutureApparel

A core platform system for the apparel industry. The development phase of a large-scale project is progressing steadily. Promoting industry-specific deployment as part of the intellectual property deployment model.

product
InfiniOne

Core business package software covering sales management, production management, accounting, and more. In addition to expanding new orders through industry-specific sales activities such as in the steel industry, orders for system development related to business improvement proposals to existing customers have expanded, resulting in year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit.

service
SECURE WAVE Partner

A total security operations service including security incident response, provided by Future Secure Wave. Although new sales of communication equipment and the like decreased due to a business model transformation, an increase in orders for new security service projects led to year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit.

Growth Drivers

  • Continued expansion of corporate DX investment (launch of large-scale projects in healthcare DX, finance, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Expansion of new bank adoptions of the Next-Generation Banking System (three additional banks in fiscal 2025, plus SBI Shinsei Bank decided)
  • Full-year contribution from Revamp and emergence of group synergies through joint sales activities with Future Architect
  • Expansion of hybrid revenue (licensing plus consulting) through the intellectual property deployment model (FutureBANK, FutureApparel, etc.)
  • Productivity improvement through implementation of new functions leveraging generative AI and transformation into an AI-driven design and development process

Risks

  • Risk of temporary revenue decline due to the completion of large-scale development projects (already evident at Future In Space)
  • Risk of margin pressure from increased personnel and recruitment costs (recruitment costs of ¥1,325 million, up year on year)
  • Risk of provisions for project losses due to failures in project quality management (sharply increased to ¥315 million in the current period)
  • Risk of fluctuations in clients' IT investment plans due to geopolitical risk, rising domestic interest rates, and yen depreciation
  • Risk of transformation in corporate DX investment patterns due to rapid advances in AI and robotics
