A Sustainability Review Committee and a BCP Formulation Committee have been established, and a system is in place whereby sustainability-related risks and opportunities are regularly reviewed by the person in charge of each department, and reported and submitted for deliberation to the Management Planning Meeting and the Board of Directors.

The basic policy is a single year-end dividend, and the annual dividend forecast for FY2026 (ending October 2026) is ¥7 per share (the same level as the prior period's actual result of ¥7). As part of its climate change response, the company obtained ZEB Ready certification for Gijutsushi Center Building II, and Building I is currently undergoing equipment renovation toward certification. In terms of human capital, the childcare leave utilization rate reached 100% for both men and women (53rd fiscal period), and the company continues to target a 30% ratio of female hires. It has obtained certifications such as Kurumin certification and recognition as a Niigata City Health Management Certified Business, and is also working on BIM/CIM talent development and ensuring diversity. Quantitative ESG indicators and targets have not yet been established at this time.
