Governance

Annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥64 (interim ¥29 + year-end ¥35), with a payout ratio of 49.3%. The payout ratio target was raised from 40% to 50% in May 2025. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥70 (interim ¥35 + year-end ¥35, projected payout ratio of 51.1%) is planned. Share buybacks are also being continued (903,600 shares, ¥1,499 million in the current fiscal year).
Dividend Policy
Policy of continuing to pay dividends targeting approximately 50% of profit attributable to owners of parent (applied from the FY2026 interim dividend onward; previously the target was approximately 40%). The Articles of Incorporation stipulate that dividends of surplus may be implemented flexibly by resolution of the Board of Directors. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥70 (interim ¥35 + year-end ¥35) is planned.
ESG
Under the "Sustainability Basic Policy" formulated in 2022, the company has set five materiality issues and is promoting the resolution of social challenges and environmental contribution through its DX support business. On the human capital front, the company disclosed metrics such as certification as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (for the 7th consecutive year), a male childcare leave uptake rate of 109.1%, and a female manager ratio of 10.7% (target: 13%), and measured Scope 2 emissions of 312.47 t-CO2 and Scope 3 emissions of 43,324.30 t-CO2.
