Governance
The company has a Board of Corporate Auditors system (6 directors, 3 corporate auditors). Shareholder Returns
Policy targets a payout ratio of 40% or higher, or DOE of 1.0% or higher. Annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥167 per share (interim ¥130 + year-end ¥37), with a payout ratio of 42.7%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an increase to ¥65 (interim ¥30 + year-end ¥35) is planned. During the current fiscal year, ¥554 million in treasury shares were repurchased.
Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends based on a payout ratio of 40% or higher, or DOE of 1.0% or higher. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥167 per share (interim ¥130 + year-end ¥37), with total dividends of ¥791 million, a payout ratio of 42.7%, and a net asset dividend rate of 2.6%. Note that a 5-for-1 stock split was implemented effective January 1, 2026, and the annual dividend before adjusting for the split was ¥315 (interim ¥130 + year-end ¥185). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend increase of ¥2 to ¥65 per share (interim ¥30 + year-end ¥35) is planned.
ESG
Targeting carbon neutrality by 2050, the company reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 26.3% in FY2025 compared to FY2013 levels. The ratio of sustainable products to total sales reached 24.6% in FY2025, with a target of exceeding 50% by FY2030. The company has obtained the highest rating in the DBJ Environmentally Rated Loan Program. In terms of human capital, initiatives include stable operation of the new personnel system, promotion of women's advancement (Women's Empowerment training), and promotion of health management.
