Risk Management

The Company has established a Risk Management Committee based on its Risk Management Regulations, and regularly conducts risk identification and monitoring across all departments. Deliberation results are reported to the Board of Directors, and an internal whistleblowing hotline system as well as an Ethics and Compliance Committee have also been put in place.

Shareholder Returns

No dividends have been paid since the company's establishment. Priority is given to securing funds for R&D, and the company does not plan to pay dividends for the time being. It has stated that it will consider dividends of surplus in the future, taking into account business performance and financial condition. Regarding share buybacks, the articles of incorporation stipulate that they may be carried out based on a resolution of the Board of Directors.
