Governance

The Company has established the Basic Regulations for Risk Management, and has set up working groups addressing risks such as information security, quality, and disasters, centered on the Risk Management and Compliance Committee, which is attended by all executive officers. A system has been established whereby the content of deliberations is reported to the Board of Directors, which provides oversight.

The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥10 per share (total dividends of ¥216 million, payout ratio of 68.9%). The same dividend of ¥10 per share is planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). During the fiscal year under review, the company disposed of treasury stock (¥20 million).

Regarding the CO2 emissions (Scope 1 and 2) reduction target of 50% by FY2030 (versus FY2006), the actual result for the fiscal year under review was a 48% reduction, approaching the target level. On the human capital front, the ratio of female managers reached 16% (exceeding the 11% target), the rate of male employees taking childcare leave was 100%, and the paid leave utilization rate was 85%, with each indicator surpassing its respective target.
