Risk Management

A Risk Management Committee, chaired by the President and Representative Director, has been established, and a monitoring and mitigation framework has been developed based on the Basic Risk Management Regulations. At pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, an environmental management system has been established through PIC/S-GMP standards and ISO14001 certification, with efforts focused on the stable supply of high-quality products. The Sustainability Committee is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and monitoring sustainability-related risks.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy targets a payout ratio of 50% or higher, with a dividend per share of ¥3.50 for FY2026 (ending March 2026) (total dividends of ¥121 million, payout ratio of 53.5%). A year-end dividend of ¥3.50 per share is also planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). A small amount of share buybacks was conducted (¥116 thousand).

Dividend Policy

While aiming to strengthen the financial structure through stable dividend payments and a basic payout ratio of 50% or higher, the company will actively allocate funds to investments for strengthening manufacturing facilities and technology, R&D, and sales activities. The dividend per share for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥3.50 (year-end only, total dividends of ¥121 million, payout ratio of 53.5%). The company has established a Sustainability Committee and Promotion Office chaired by the President and Representative Director, advancing initiatives in four areas: environment (ISO14001 certification and CO2 reduction), respect for human rights, human resource development, and establishment of social trust. It has set targets of a female manager ratio of 25% or higher (target for end of March 2029; currently 18.2%) and a female hiring ratio of 30% or higher, and has been certified as an Excellent Health Management Corporation 2026 (Large Enterprise Category) for two consecutive years.
