To address labor shortages and regional imbalances in the medical and healthcare field, the company operates the success-fee-based recruitment system "Job Medley" and the online training system "Job Medley Academy." The main KPIs are the continued expansion of the number of customer establishments and the number of registered workers, and the company has acquired a broad range of medical and healthcare establishments as customers through a cost-leadership strategy based on low unit prices and high convenience. This is the core segment, accounting for approximately 69% of consolidated Group revenue.

In the first quarter of 2026, the number of customer establishments for "Job Medley" expanded to 457 thousand, up 2.0% from the end of the previous consolidated fiscal year, and the number of job listings expanded to 477 thousand, up 1.4%. The number of applications also continued to increase. "Job Medley Academy" also saw growth in the number of customer establishments, contributing to revenue growth. On the other hand, the company actively strengthened marketing activities and made growth investments in the online training system, and segment profit increased to ¥1,709 million (up 28.4% year-on-year). Note that the seasonal skew in revenue toward the second quarter, due to the concentration of new hires starting in April, continues.
