Risk Management

The company has established a company-wide risk management framework in which risks are identified by the Risk Management Committee and reported to and discussed at the Management Meeting. Sustainability risks are first reviewed by the IR team, then reported to and discussed at the Sustainability Promotion Committee (established in February 2025), forming a two-tier structure that reports up to the Management Meeting and the Board of Directors. The company has established Information Security Management Regulations, Risk Management Regulations, and Compliance Regulations, and the Internal Audit Office periodically verifies legality and appropriateness.

Shareholder Returns

Dividends commenced from FY2027 (ending February 2027). Annual dividend forecast is ¥30 (¥15 at second-quarter end, ¥15 at year-end). The prior fiscal year (FY2026, ended February 2026) paid an annual dividend of ¥25 (year-end only). Share buybacks were conducted in the first quarter of the previous fiscal year, with 222,000 shares acquired.
