Risk Management

The Administration Division oversees risk management as a whole, and in the event of a material risk, an Emergency Response Headquarters is established with the Representative Director and President serving as the officer in overall charge. The Compliance Committee, the Information Security Committee (ISOP framework), and the Internal Audit Office work in coordination to establish and operate regulations covering compliance, information security, and the exclusion of anti-social forces.

Shareholder Returns

For FY2026 (ending June 2026), the company plans an annual dividend of ¥16 (interim ¥8 + year-end ¥8 forecast), an increase from ¥15 in the previous fiscal year.
