Risk Management

ESG
With the mission of 'Realizing Sustainable Medicine,' the company positions the reduction of environmental burden and the resolution of healthcare challenges through the provision of therapeutic apps and general-purpose clinical trial systems as the core of its E (Environment) domain. In the S (Social) domain, it has introduced full-flex remote work, achieved a 100% health checkup and stress check participation rate for three consecutive fiscal periods, and improved the turnover rate for employees with less than one year of tenure from 23.08% to 9.09%. In the G (Governance) domain, there were zero material compliance violations, ISMS certification has been maintained, and BCP updates and drills are conducted once a year. A process has been established whereby materiality is deliberated on and approved by the Board of Directors with reference to SASB, GRI, and the SDGs.
