Governance

The company has established an information-sharing framework led by the Corporate Management Division, an internal whistleblowing system (Neo Hotline), and crisis management regulations. For personal information protection, the company has obtained Privacy Mark certification based on JIS Q 15001.

The actual annual dividend for FY2025 (ended September 2025) was ¥0 (interim ¥0, year-end ¥0). The annual dividend forecast for FY2026 (ending September 2026) is also ¥0 (interim ¥0, year-end forecast ¥0), and the Company plans to continue refraining from paying dividends for the time being. Going forward, the Company will consider dividend payments by comprehensively taking into account its financial condition, business performance, capital needs, and other factors.

The company has established a governance framework in which the Board of Directors deliberates on material sustainability matters. Positioning human capital as its most important management resource, it is promoting internal environment improvements such as diversified career paths, a flextime system, a side-job program, and encouragement of childcare leave uptake. It discloses that the ratio of women in section-chief-level positions is 27.3% and that the male childcare leave uptake rate is 66.7%.
