With a pay-as-you-go model as its main revenue source, it boasts a high profit margin and serves as the group's revenue pillar. Note that the segment name has been changed from the former "SMS Solution Group," and the CRM domain (formerly the Internet Service Group) has been integrated into it.

In FY2026 (ending March 2026), the Business Communication Business posted revenue of ¥6,688 million (up 16.9% year on year) and segment profit of ¥1,869 million (up 20.1% year on year), setting new record highs for both revenue and segment profit. Against a backdrop of expanding identity verification demand, primarily from financial institutions, SMS delivery volume and IVR authentication cases grew strongly throughout the year. The cumulative number of contracted companies for SMS-related services increased by 1,005 during the period, reaching 7,331. From May 2026, the group of corporate communication services has been rebranded under the new brand "Aurora X" and is being developed as an integrated platform. In addition, from Q1 of FY2027 (ending March 2027), the AI Business will be integrated into this segment, transitioning to a three-segment structure.
