In accordance with the Risk Management Regulations, the Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and President, meets in principle once per quarter. The committee deliberates on overall management risks, including sustainability and human capital, and a framework has been established for regular reporting to the Board of Directors. A collaborative framework with external experts (attorneys, certified public accountants, etc.) has also been established.

The company continues to pay no dividend in FY2026 (ending August 2026) (forecast annual dividend of ¥0). Meanwhile, based on a board resolution in April 2026, it repurchased 293,000 shares of treasury stock (acquisition amount ¥134,579 thousand), implementing shareholder returns through share buybacks.

Human capital is positioned as the most important management resource, with management talent development (next-generation executive development program) and global talent development promoted as priority themes. The company has set targets for the end of FY2030 (ending August 2030) of a 50% ratio of employees wishing to be involved in management, a 65% ratio of employees with a sense of belonging, and a 40% ratio of employees wishing to be involved in overseas business; however, actual results at the end of FY2025 (ending August 2025) were 34.1%, 57.9%, and 29.3% respectively, falling short of the targets.
