Risk Management

The Group Compliance and Risk Management Committee has been established, with the Corporate Management Unit promoting company-wide risk management. A system has been put in place to report significant risks to the Representative Director or the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

Adopted DOE of 3.6% and a minimum dividend payout ratio of 15% as its dividend policy. The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥23.00 per share (total of ¥1,600 million, payout ratio of 23.1%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), ¥26.00 per share is planned. In May 2026, the Board of Directors resolved to acquire treasury shares, up to a maximum of 2,500,000 shares and a total of ¥2,000 million.

The Board of Directors resolved the "Basic Policy on Sustainability" and the "Basic Policy on Respect for Human Rights." The company is working on mid- to long-term reduction of GHG emissions (Scope 1+2), monitoring of the female employee ratio (46.6%) and the ratio of employees with disabilities (2.5%), talent development through e-learning and rank-based training programs, and the promotion of diversity.
