Risk Management

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend per share is ¥30 (year-end lump sum), with total dividends of ¥106 million and a payout ratio of 29.2%. The prior period's commemorative dividend of ¥20 for the 60th anniversary of founding has lapsed, leaving only the ordinary dividend of ¥30.
