Risk Management

The Risk Management Committee, chaired by the President, meets quarterly to identify, assess, and address risks. It works in coordination with the CSR Committee to identify and manage sustainability-related risks, and has established a system for reporting to the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), an interim dividend of ¥18 and a year-end dividend of ¥20 (total ¥38) were implemented, with a consolidated payout ratio of 50.2% and DOE of 2.3%. From FY2027 (ending March 2027), the dividend policy will change to one based primarily on progressive dividends, targeting a DOE of 2.4%. Share buybacks of ¥502 million were carried out in the current fiscal year.

Dividend Policy

While maintaining a basic policy of a consolidated payout ratio of 40% or more, from FY2027 (ending March 2027) the dividend policy will be changed, based on the 'Medium-Term Management Plan 2030,' to one primarily based on progressive dividends targeting a DOE (dividend on equity, consolidated net assets) of 2.4%. Actual results for FY2026 (ending March 2026) were an interim dividend of ¥18 and a year-end dividend of ¥20 (total ¥38, consolidated payout ratio of 50.2%, DOE of 2.3%). The forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is also an annual dividend of ¥38 (interim ¥18, year-end ¥20), the same amount.

Established a sustainability promotion structure with a CSR Committee and the CSR Promotion Section within the Corporate Strategy Office. Regarding climate change response, SCOPE1+2 emissions for FY2025 were 20,474 t-CO2 (a reduction versus 2017), and a commitment letter has been submitted toward obtaining SBT certification. On human capital, the company disclosed a female managers ratio of 4.0% (target: 10% or more) and a childcare leave utilization rate of 92.6% (target: 90% or more).
