Risk Management
Risk management is implemented in accordance with ISO and J-SOX regulations. In addition to the Executive Officers' Meeting held once a month, a framework has been established in which loss risks, including sustainability-related risks, are managed, reported, and discussed by each division through the Compliance Committee, the ISO (Quality and Environment) Implementation Committee, and the J-SOX Promotion Committee.

ESG
The company has obtained ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environment) certifications, and is working to reduce environmental impact through the development of plastic-free, resource-saving, and easy-to-dispose packaging, the use of forest-certified paper, and reduction of waste paper. In terms of human capital, the company is promoting next-generation executive development and diversity, and has set a target of raising the proportion of female managers to 10% or more by December 2026 (currently 5%).
