Governance
As a company with a board of auditors, the company has appointed three independent outside directors (more than one-third of the board) and separates supervisory and executive functions through an executive officer system. It has established a Nomination and Compensation Committee, chaired by an independent outside director, as an advisory body to the Board of Directors, ensuring objectivity and transparency.
Risk Management
A Risk Management Committee has been established under the Sustainability Promotion Committee, which identifies and manages risks across the entire group based on the "Risk Management Basic Regulations" enacted in July 2025. A multi-layered risk management framework has been established through BCP development, the establishment of information management regulations, and the operation of the Safety and Health, Environment, and Product Safety committees.
Shareholder Returns
The basic policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends, with the FY2026 (ending March 2026) year-end dividend set at ¥15 per share (total of ¥669 million, payout ratio of 34.6%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the annual dividend is planned to increase to ¥20 (interim ¥7, year-end ¥13). A new shareholder benefit program (household paper products gift) has been introduced.

The basic policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends while comprehensively considering business performance for each fiscal year and future growth investments. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the annual dividend per share is planned at ¥20 (interim ¥7, year-end ¥13).
ESG
The company declared its support for TCFD in 2022 and has set a goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, aiming to reduce energy-derived CO2 emissions by 40% from 2013 levels (to 568 thousand tons or less) by 2030. In terms of human capital, it has set KPIs such as 151 female regular employees and 42 foreign national employees, and is advancing sustainability initiatives based on 10 materiality issues, including diversity promotion, health and safety, and DX promotion.
