Governance
The company has an Audit and Supervisory Committee structure. The Board of Directors comprises 7 members in total—4 directors (excluding Audit and Supervisory Committee members) and 3 Audit and Supervisory Committee members—with 3 outside directors providing an oversight function. The company targets a payout ratio of 40% and follows a basic policy of paying a year-end dividend once per year. For FY2026 (ending March 2025), a dividend of ¥60 per share (post stock split, total of ¥612,576 thousand, payout ratio of 40.6%) was implemented. For FY2027 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥62 per share is forecast. Retained earnings are prioritized for allocation to R&D and employee training investments.
Dividend Policy
The company targets a payout ratio of 40% and follows a basic policy of paying a year-end dividend once per year. Under the articles of incorporation, an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year is also possible. For FY2026 (ending March 2025), a dividend of ¥60 per share (on a post stock split basis effective October 1, 2025, total of ¥612,576 thousand, payout ratio of 40.6%) was implemented. In the previous fiscal year (FY2025, ended March 2025), the dividend was ¥110 per share (ordinary dividend of ¥105 plus a commemorative dividend of ¥5 for the 20th anniversary of listing, total of ¥561,004 thousand). For FY2027 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥62 per share is forecast, targeting a payout ratio of approximately 40%.
ESG
The company has obtained international standard certifications including ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 9001 (quality), ISO/IEC 27001 (information security), and ISO 22301 (business continuity), and promotes continuous improvement through PDCA. In terms of human resources, the company manages indicators such as a target of 30% or more female representation among job applicants (target for March 2029; actual 18.7%), a paid leave utilization rate of 70% or more (actual 72.7%), and a 93.0% holding rate of IT engineer qualification certifications, placing emphasis on human capital investment through six months of new employee training and the development of a learning organization.
