Governance

The Company endeavors to detect potential risks early and prevent them before they occur through audits by the Audit and Supervisory Committee members and internal audits.

Dividends remain suspended due to continued net losses and negative operating cash flow. Annual dividend was ¥0 in both FY2025 (ended March 2025) and FY2026 (ending March 2026).
