Risk Management

Risk identification and screening are conducted through the Board of Directors and the Management Committee. An Information Security Committee and an in-house CSIRT have been established to give priority management to security risks. The Company works to detect and prevent potential risks at an early stage by utilizing outside specialists (such as lawyers and certified public accountants) and through internal audits and audits by Audit & Supervisory Board members.

Continuing policy based on a consolidated payout ratio target of 35% and a DOE guideline of 3%. The full-year dividend forecast for FY2026 (ending December 2026) is ¥32.50 per share (paid entirely at year-end). During the first quarter, dividend payments of ¥162 million and share buybacks of ¥69 million were already executed.

ESG

The Company positions human resources as its most important management resource, implementing remote work and staggered work hour systems and conducting employee satisfaction surveys. To mark its 25th anniversary since establishment, the Company introduced a special incentive scheme for its employee stock ownership plan (¥100,000 per person), achieving a plan participation rate of 74%. Quantitative indicators and targets related to climate change and other matters have not yet been established, and the Company is considering formulating a basic sustainability policy.
