The company pursues three pillars of ESG management: "E: CO₂ emissions reduction, energy conservation, resource conservation," "S: support for small and micro enterprises, regional contribution, expansion of human capital management," and "G: promotion of diversity, enhancement of governance transparency, strengthening of risk management." On the human capital front, the company has implemented initiatives such as promoting women's advancement (No.1 ℒ's Café), encouraging men to take childcare leave, introducing a scholarship repayment support program, and expanding e-learning content (from approximately 200 to approximately 2,000).
